From the North: Take the Northway (I-87) to Exit 24, take a right and go east approximately five miles on County Route 11 to Route 9N South. Take Route 9N south for 1/2 mile, Contessa Resort will be on your left.  

From the South: Take the Northway (I-87) to Exit 22 for 9N North to Diamond Point and Bolton Landing. We are on Rt 9N, 1/2 mile north of the center of Bolton Landing on the Lakeside.
