Adirondack wood interior, Queen sofa beds, King or Queen Master beds, Tiled kitchens and bathrooms, gas barbeque grills, outstanding view of the lake.

Additional Important Information
	All units are non-smoking
	30 Day Cancellation notice for deposit refund, less $50 service charge per unit.
	Reservations are commitments for the full period requested.
	No refunds after arrival!
	Balance of payment is due upon arrival. Payments can be made by cash or Postal Money Order. You may also prepay in full by personal check at least three weeks in advance.

Docks are available for rent:

	Boat Dock Fees $50 per day, $300 weekly
	Dock Space is limited, Reserve Early!

All rooms have cable TV, heat, A/C. All

Deposit Policy A 33% deposit is required for a confirmed reservation. Guests staying at our Lake George motel are requested to please note arrival and departure dates carefully. All deposits will be credited toward the final days of your stay.  The deposit will be forfeited if the guest arrives after the date specified or departs before the final date of the reservation. Refunds will be made only if notification of cancellation is received thirty (30) days in advance of the arrival date. A service charge of $50 will be deducted from the deposit, per unit, on all refunds until June 15, when all cancellations forfeit their deposits. It must be understood that a deposit insures that your accommodations at our Lake George motel will be available as confirmed, and also assures the motel that accommodations are sold as confirmed. Therefore, when situations arise necessitating your cancellations less then thirty (30) days in advance, or after June 15, we most certainly sympathize, but we must maintain a business policy. Your deposit will not be refunded.

 Arrival & Departure

We welcome the arrival of guests to our Lake George motel early in the day, but we cannot assure that the rooms will be ready until 2:00 p.m. Guest may occupy their rooms until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Guests are then welcome to spend the balance of the day enjoying the facilities.
